The following is a response I have just given to "Life is to be cherished".

Life is not to be cherished but fought for. It is easier to die than it is to live. To destroy than it is to create, to fall than it is to stand. Death will inevitably come for that is the price of life, let it wait long and earn its cut.

Life is a battle against yourself as much as the world.
