Following on I've been given another five words this time from Elizabeth. She gave me "orange, pen, fish, hopeful, toilet".

Orange and fish brings a goldfish to mind, then a bowl and then of course a toilet bowl and thats where I started.

The Displaced Fish

A fish circles in a toilet bowl,
Orange against the porcelain

down and down the current pulls
thunders a mighty roar

hopeful the flippers subside
like a writer tired of the pen.
