The Devil sighed loudly. It was a bad day and it was only Monday.

No demons had got from hell to earth due to the visa applications being lost in the post. Then the Health and Safety Department had paid a visit and insisted the red hot pick forks in hell were only mildly heated and labelled “CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH MAY BURN”, and the points were dulled or capped with foam tips while all demons were ordered to go on a fork handling training course to prevent someone’s eye being poked out.

The Devil missed the evil old days.
